Inter-office flexing is no joke. Some people take it very seriously, in fact. And what might seem like a jest is actually an attempt that someone makes to one-up the person sitting next to them at work — whether they'll admit it or not.
It also keeps a healthy degree of competition to keep your outfits on point. At Complex, this usually takes place in the form of what we have on our feet. The cool thing, though, is that we all have different tastes, even if the world assumes we're a roaming pack of hypebeasts dipped in Supreme and Jordans. Which could be true, too. But take it from me: the sneaker collections across the company are diverse, and it's displayed on a daily basis.
