Swedish sneaker boutique and frequent Asics collaborator Sneakersnstuff is marking the start of summer with this new creation, a shoe inspired by trips to the beach.
The project uses the Asics GT-Cool Xpress as its base, dipping the upper in watery blue suede that nods to warm days spent at the beach. Are there actually beaches and sunshine to enjoy them under in Sweden? Sneakersnstuff says so.
The Sneakersnstuff x Asics GT-Cool Xpress releases on Saturday, May 28, at Sneakersnstuff in Stockholm, London, Paris, and online. In-store customers will have access to complimentary promo items like beach balls, towels, and Frisbees to go with the beach-themed footwear.
