It's no secret that a ton of the produced Nike LeBron colorways never see the light of day, a fact that doesn't always sit too well with collectors. Some of the shoes are made exclusively for LeBron's friends and family, while others are just samples created for testing the water. Perhaps it's the exclusivity that makes some of these shoes desirable in the first place. Here's a look at another one of those rarely seen LeBron colorways.
Perhaps another salute to LeBron's Summit Lake Hornets rec league team, the shoe sports a teal nubuck upper with contrasting purple Flywire embedded side panels. The outline of the Swoosh is also done in purple, leaving the rest of the shoe to be finished in teal.
No word on the exact purple of this sample colorway, but according to LRJ23, they were created at the same time as Jason Petrie's drool-worthy "Dolphins" VII Low sample from the "South Beach" launch event.
