Converse’s CONS skateboard team have dropped a new footwear capsule to celebrate the release of their first-ever full-length skate film.
The shoes follow the theme of the film's namesake. Entitled ‘Purple,’ the visuals feature renowned skaters such as Sean Pablo, Sage Elsesser, Kevin Rodrigues and Louie Lopez. Filmmaker Ben Chadourne films the CONS skate team with his iconic 16mm camera of the same name. Check out the 'Purple' teaser below.
An all-over purple colorway is aptly used on both the Chuck Taylor Pro Stars and One Star CC Pro models for the release. The One Star gets dressed in premium suede with a white star on the heel, and the high-top Converse heel tab gets a replaced by the movie’s logo. Check out both new sneakers below.
The Converse 'Purple' footwear capsule will drop on the Converse CONS web store in May.
