As members of the Kardashian family were in attendance for the jury selection in Blac Chyna’s case against them, one potential juror made a comment that didn’t go over too well with the famous family, per Page Six

The jury selection session for the Los Angeles Superior Court case saw Kardashian family attorney Michael Rhodes ask jurors how they felt about reality television, when one of the 76 potential jurors said he’d never watched Keeping Up with the Kardashians, but had seen Kim’s infamous sex tape.

“I have watched [Kim] Kardashian’s sex tape, and I don’t think I can be impartial on this case,” the man, who reportedly appeared to be in his 50s or 60s, said, per the outlet. His comment is said to have made the other potential jurors laugh.

As for the family’s reactions to the comment, Page Six shares that a “visibly annoyed” Khloé fixed Kim’s hair in an apparent attempt to comfort her, as Kris Jenner shook her head when the man claimed he’d be “replaying that sex tape over and over again” in his head if he were selected for the case. Kylie Jenner was also present.

Attorneys are planning to question 24 more potential jurors on Tuesday, as Chyna seeks $40 million for loss of earning damages, as well as over $60 million in loss of future earning capacity damages.

Chyna is accusing the family of being “media predators” when it came to her since-cancelled spin-off series Rob & Chyna, and is also accusing ex-boyfriend Rob Kardashian of being an “abuser.” The Kardashians have since claimed that Chyna “violently” attacked Rob and “repeatedly struck him with her fists and a metal rod,” among other things.

“I’m taking them to court to stand up for my legal rights and to be an example to my kids that ‘what’s right is right, what’s wrong is wrong.’ And what they did was so wrong,” Chyna wrote earlier this month. “I am so thankful that a jury will finally listen to what really happened behind closed doors—the lies that were told and the damage that was done.”
