In BrooklynTuesday, at a McDonald's near Flatbush Avenue, a gunman walked out of the fast-food chain and opened fire on Tyquan Sewall, 18, putting innocent pedestrians at hazard. The shooting came as the result of an argument that had just occurred only moments before.
Sewall is alive, but in critical condition.
