For those of us old enough to remember, the '90s were a decade of ups, downs, and in-betweens (heeeey Macarena!): grunge rock, The Simpsons, Seinfeld, and two or three dozen classic rap albums, plus Titanic and the rebirth of the disaster flick. Then there was that whole ruckus about a blow job, the rise of the soccer MILFs, and oh yeah, the introduction of the Internet to normal people.
But the best parts of the '90s have just recently become legal enough for us to stare at shamelessly—that is, the lovely ladies born in (the very, very early part of) the decade.
