We need a new Harmony Korine movie, perhaps now more than ever. And from the looks of the new red band trailer for The Beach Bum starring Matthew McConaughey as a writer whose art is being impeded by his own hard-partying lifestyle, the admirably experimental director's first film since Spring Breakers will be well worth the wait.

Snoop Dogg, Jonah Hill, Isla Fisher, Zac Efron, and Martin Lawrence also star. Jimmy Buffett, he of cheeseburgers in paradise, also stars as himself.

The comedy, also penned by Korine, is set for release March 22 following a global premiere at the South by Southwest festival. Catch the poster below.

Fittingly, NEON is also celebrating the new trailer drop with a whole page dedicated to Beach Bum GIFs:

When teasing the surefire classic at the Key West Film Festival last November, Korine explained how urination is central to the film's story. "A lot of the time we were just filming [McConaughey] drinking and peeing," he said, perIndieWire. "That's probably one of the purest things you can do simultaneously as a human—drinking and peeing. So we wanted to tap into that, the essence of his character, someone taking in and putting out all the time. Sucking in a world and peeing it out."

In other words, you better believe I'll be one of the first people in line to see this.
