Everyday Struggle

October 30, 2018

On Tuesday’s episode of #EverydayStruggle, Nadeska, Wayno and DJ Akademiks discuss the recent back and forth between Cardi B and Nicki Minaj that lasted the entire night of Oct. 29. The crew dissects Nicki’s tenth episode of Queen Radio, where the Barbz unveils further details on the Harper’s Bazaar Icons Party incident between here and Cardi. Nicki also claims on her radio show that Cardi is stealing her bags and accuses The Bronx rapper of sabotaging some of her music features. The EDS squad then takes a look at Cardi’s series of clap back videos posted on IG last night. Addressing some of the key takes from Cardi’s social clips, Ak, Wayno and Nadeska share their thoughts on the “Money” rapper’s response towards Nicki and the  use of her IG platform during this heated  rivalry with the Barbz. The crew also weighs in on whether or not they believe the beef is over, and how each rapper should proceed after their latest incident. Later in the episode, Ak and Wayno share their thoughts on Wireless Festival’s newest rules—banning artists from using cuss words and inappropriate  attire during their sets. The EDS squad then has some fun on the show with 50 Cent’s latest jab towards longtime enemy, Ja Rule, and end on a somber note with the tragic news of Young Greatness’ death.
