If Jeb Bush runs for president he won't be doing so alone. He'll also be running with his brother, George W. Bush, whose own presidency will loom over him. That was apparent at town hall meeting in Nevada when a college student confronted the maybe candidate and told him his brother created ISIS.
Jeb argued Barack Obama pulling troops from Iraq has contributed to ISIS' growth, leading to the following exchange with Ivy Ziedrich.
“It was when 30,000 individuals who were part of the Iraqi military were forced out—they had no employment, they had no income, and they were left with access to all of the same arms and weapons. Your brother created ISIS"
"All right. Is that a question?"
“You don’t need to be pedantic to me, sir.”
“Pedantic? Wow."
Jeb went on to agree to disagree and handled the moment (of which there will be several more) well. But the 19-year-old college student showed some serious moxy with her bold, Kanye-esque statement.
