This is precisely why we can't have nice things.

Police in Philadelphia were called after a huge fight erupted in Center City this afternoon. Police arrived at 16th and Chestnut streets around 4 p.m. to find roughly 200 people in the street, with a significant number actively engaged in hand-to-hand combat. Officers had to call for backup, but the situation was calmed shortly afterwards.

Still,  a number of teenagers and young adults reportedly refused to leave the scene. According to ABC Philadelphia, at least one person was seen being shoved into a police van. Authorities are still unclear on what triggered the street fight.

We hate to say it, but it might be the weather. Some people just don't know how to act when the weather finally breaks.
