Maybe you remember Antonio Olmeda. Last December, he opened fire on two police officers in Queens while reportedly wearing a hat, glasses and fake beard. He was arrested after DNA found on the glasses was linked to DNA on file for an arrest over possession of a flamethrower. His landlord was clearing out his belongings because no rent had been paid in eight months, and discovered an absurd arsenal of weapons.

In addition to some 5,000 rounds of ammunition, investigators found 15 handguns, assault rifles, shotguns, bulletproof vests, smoke grenades and shields similar to what the NYPD uses. They also found threatening letters to public officials, piles of photographs, documents containing NYPD radio codes and color-coded maps pointing to the Brooklyn and George Washington bridges.

Olmeda is currently taking up space at Riker's Island, where there's no telling what he has access to.
