Former temp turned full-time employee Leila Goodman was incensed when she found out her company, Inmar Inc., would no longer allow overtime. So what was her initial reaction? To go off on the company and calling the CEO a “complete tool.” When asked about making the negative remarks, she replied by saying, “Yes, I had.” Goodman waived the white flag and found herself on the unemployment line with company attorneys stating her firing fell under insubordination.
