Sure, Craigslist looks like it’s still stuck in the late-‘90s, GeoCities-era of the web, but it is remarkably easy-to-use. It looks and feels like classified ads ought to. Yet, the San Francisco-based company thinks some touch-up work is needed. Naturally--it would’ve been hypocritical and bad PR to do otherwise--CL posted its own classified ad on the site, searching for a software engineer to “improve the craigslist user experience” and “solve interesting tech issues at billion-page-view-per-day scale,” among other tasks. It wants “CL users swooning.”
