Popular rave drug ketamine, the horse tranquilizer better know as Special K, is currently the subject of clinical studies in Texas testing its effect on cases of severe depression.

Known to instantly improve a user’s mood, Special K works faster than common antidepressants such as Prozac and Zoloft because it increases the amount of connections between neurons instead of growing new ones.

One patient from the study, Heather Merill, said of the drug’s effects, “No more fogginess. No more heaviness. I feel like I’m a clean slate right now.” Keith Moon agrees.
