Scientists at MIT have developed a camera that shoots one trillion frames per second— fast enough to capture light particles moving through space.

Although it's hard to wrap your mind around the physics, in the video above you can see the results produced by the camera, which uses 500 individual sensors to capture a traveling beam of light through a coke bottle.
