In "good luck with that shit" news, Frito-Lay has been slapped with a class-action lawsuit for claiming that some of their Tostitos and SunChips are "all-natural." Milberg LLP alleges that Frito-Lay is leading consumers astray by their products are made with "all-natural ingredients," which some might confuse for being completely natural. Tragic, right?
Frito-Lay might be saved by the fact the FDA hasn't said that genetic material foods aren't natural, which might hurt the suit in the United States. Seriously though, who's losing sleep-or anything-because their chips are 100% natural?
