The University of Vermont'sSigma Phi Epsilon chapter, which prides itself in "Building Balanced Men", might have to perform a pretty good legal balancing act soon. The fraternity is currently suspended and under investigation by campus police for allegedly distributing an internal survey asking members "If you could rape anyone who would it be?" Let that rot in your mouth as you repeat it to yourself.

Alright, so the fraternity apparently believes that the path to building a balanced man begins with deciding who you want to violate. It almost reads like the early stages of an orchestrated attack rather than a friendly questionnaire among the gentlemen of Sigma Phi Epsilon. Also, what was the follow up question?

Their explanation has to be golden, but if this is true, the school should put the frat in the coffin and bury it.
