In crazy, but still believable news, Pew Research has discovered that Americans between the ages of 18 and 24 send and receive a total of 110 text messages every day on average.
That's 3,200 texts per month.
Of the 83 percent of U.S. adults who own a cell phone, 3/4 of them text, according to the study. In a sign of the times, nearly a third of of those texters prefer a text to a phone call.
Unfortunately, Pew didn't provide any data on how many of the texts led to legendary sexcapades.
