Is this video evidence that Philly's mayor has not fucked up by instituting a curfew in his city? We're not convinced.
The following video shows a "flash mob" (the really friendly catch-all term for any group of "undesirable" young people) going to town inside a Maryland 7-11. These kids stay cool as they rob the shit out of this store. We count somewhere around 20 individuals, all with the stickiest fingers you've ever seen.
