It's not another Twilight Zone movie, but it could be the next best thing. Deadline reports that famed Twilight Zone creator Rod Serling will be getting the biopic treatment in an upcoming film. Stanley Weiser (Wall Street) will write the new film, with Serling's widow Carol producing alongside Andrew Meieran.
The film will reportedly focus on all aspects of Serling's life, as well as his contributions to the Farnsworth Invention. "Rod Serling was one of the true visionaries in television history," Meieran said. "He single-handedly broke the mold and established television as a powerful artistic medium capable of changing the world when used wisely."
