South London rapper Benjamin A.D continues his tireless run of singles with his latest drop, “Losing” with Kojey Radical, and it comes with a fresh new visual to boot.
Produced by WAVSDNTDIE and Jerome Williams (the mastermind behind Crop Circle 2 highlight “Highly Blessed”), it’s a motivational banger of sorts. Together, the two artists weigh in on the rise-and-grind mentality, how vital it is to escape your circumstances, but also how draining it is to be constantly playing catch up with yourself.
Jumping in for director duty is seasoned pro Ray Fiasco, who follows the pair as they wander the streets late at night, sharing their missives, before dragging themselves out of bed for yet another early rise to go get that bread—regardless of what their bodies are telling them.
Besides the five-track MOOD: EP in 2021, we’ve yet to have a full project from Benjamin A.D.
