Indie experimentalists Dirty Projectors proved that they could just as easily have been an R&B group in a new video for TripleJTV. The Brooklynites stopped by the studio for the latest episode of the “Like a Version” series and chose for their contribution Usher’s “Climax” from last year’s Looking 4 Myself.
As it turns out, Dave Longstreth and Amber Coffman both have the pipes to pull off a difficult song without missing a note. Check the seriously impressive performance up above and grab the band’s Swing Lo Magellan on Domino if you haven’t already.
