Dr. Dre and Eminem are set to kick off the 53rd Annual Grammy Awards on February 13, 2011 with the official unleashing of Dr. Dre's newest single, "I Need A Doctor," from the upcoming album, Detox. Eminem is also set to perform a single from his Grammy-nominated album, Recovery, to finish the set. No word on the release date for Detox as of yet, but it may be coming April 1st.
