Two months ago, reclusive spitter Jay Electronica shared with the world that his oft-delayed and long-awaited debut, Act II, was finally finished. We haven't heard much from him since then, aside from the final version of "Dear Moleskine" and that it apparently doesn't have any singles on it. But his label boss, Jay-Z, has quickly ramped up everyone's anticipation for Act II by revealing that it's "very close" to coming out and that the lyrics are "scary good."
