Frantz Beldorin, 23, was arrested early Tuesday morning and charged with battery on a person 65 years or older after he was allegedly caught in a Fort Myers hospital sucking on a patient's toes, WFTS Tampa Bay reports. If you're trying to connect the dots here, we can confirm that this Fort Myers hospital is in Florida.

The alleged incident occurred on Monday night when the accuser said she felt someone touching her foot. The initial and second instance were ignored but when it happened a third time she said felt something wet between her toes and saw Beldorin on his knees next to the bed. The alleged victim said she "ripped" her foot away, and Beldorin returned to the chair he was sitting in.

Beldorin, who works a "sitter" at the Gulf Coast Hospital in Fort Myers, argues that there's been some confusion as to why he was caught huddled over the alleged victim's foot. "I dropped my phone under the bed and as I’m trying to get my phone and she kicks," he said. "She's afraid and we're in the dark. It's a dark room with a dark male at the foot of her bed. I can understand."

"It makes me look crazy or creepy and I'm not," he added. "Like I'm not that type of dude."

Beldorin said he has been fired from his job over this incident. He was released on a $1,500 bond and is expected to appear in court on March 30.
