A 24-year-old Alabama woman is facing multiple criminal charges after she was filmed grinding her ass into her arresting police officer.
April Teale was placed in handcuffs early Sunday morning outside a Waffle House in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. A now-viral video shows the University of Alabama graduate pressed up against an outside window as she is being detained by an officer. As the cop holds Teale's hands behind her back, she begins rubbing her butt into his crotch and asks, "Oh, yeah. You like that? You like that, yeah?"
The incident occurred near the Bryant-Denny Stadium, shortly after Alabama's win over the University of Tennessee. Teale suggested to Busted Coverage that she was too intoxicated on the night of her arrest to recall what exactly happened. But what she does know is that her legal troubles aren't over.
"I was charged with misconduct and harassment [not sexual]. I'm not sure what happened before," she told the outlet via DM. "Tennessee game day did a number on me. I'm speaking with the officer in a few days to get the full story."
"Damn! What were you drinking to go full blackout like that?" reported Joe Kinsey asked.
"Jagger and Bootlegger," she responded.
Teale went on to say that she intends to write an apology letter to her arresting officer.
According to The Smoking Gun, she was released on $1,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Tuscaloosa Municipal Court on Dec. 9. On her Instagram, she updated her bio with a playful reference to her arrest. "Went through some legal trouble, if you wanna throw me $5 bucks, Venmo me @April-Teale I’d like that."
