Axe truck explosion

Enter any middle school boys locker room or my brother’s bathroom circa 2008 and you might find a similar sight as to what transpired over the weekend: an explosion of Axe body spray.

A truck carrying cases of the body spray from Austin, Texas to Waco exploded on Friday morning, setting fire to thousands of aerosol cans that burned bright like adolescence. Per CNN, the 18-wheel driver pulled over after spotting a fire in his rearview mirror. He detached the truck from the trailer and let the Axe fire take its course. Luckily, no one was harmed in the explosion.

Of course, this tragedy (or blessing) couldn’t transpire without people on Twitter creating hilarious and childish content related to boys trying to be men and girls who somehow can’t resist the stench. Check out some of the hilarious takes below:

Where are all the women running in the direction of the wreckage as seen in their advertisements??

It’s been two days since that truck with @AXE blew up on I35 and it still smells like bad decisions throughout Belton
