Raf x Fred Perry continues to be one of the most underrated collaborations in the game. It's super easy to write off Fred Perry because it's as closely associated with tennis as Lacoste is, but every season I'm pretty impressed with the offerings that it comes up with when teamed with Raf. Though, let's be real, that's not that hard to pull off because RAF. F/W 15 marks the 12th collaborative collection between the two, which is quite a feat of longevity in a world where collabs come and go as quickly as any one participating party's hype. Raf does a very good job of applying his own aesthetic to the Fred Perry tennis look without it being a total copy and paste job, diluting his own shit in the process. The result here is a nice collection of bombers, zip sweaters, jackets and, of course, polos. That Fred Perry leaf logo with the added "Raf Simons" beneath it is just so damn classy, it's undeniable. Actually picking up a racket and playing tennis in this would be so fucking fly that it makes me want to go out and stroke the backhand like Roger Federer—just straight up silky smooth.
