Known mostly for his skateboarding, Chet Childress is also a skilled artist who does things his way. His personal opinions and inspirations from the places that he has visited are translated into his paintings and drawings in a very rough and real style that also reflects the skate culture that he has been a part of for many years. Skater Atlas created a two-part documentary about the artist in which they learn about those inspirations, the stuff Childress doesn't like, and the therapeutic lifestyle that he prefers out in the wilderness.

Enjoy part one above.
