Back in July, Drake listed his Toronto condo for $4,195,000, and after the apartment at 1 St. Thomas in Yorkville failed to sell, he dropped the price to $3,895,000. The lavish apartment just went for $3.75 million via the Ilan Joseph Team, $445,000 less than the asking price.
