Jeremy Evans wasn't the winner of the 2013 Sprite Slam Dunk contest, but he did manage to perform an artful stunt. In his first dunk in the final round, Evans brought out an easel with a large picture covered in a black cloth. He dunked over the easel with a left hand and then took off the black cloth to reveal a painting depicting himself dunking over a cloth-covered easel. He actually painted it himself, finishing it the night before to see exactly what kind of ball he would be using in the contest to ensure accuracy. See the epic dunk below.
