Years active in the WWE: 1992-1993 (as Doink)
Matt Osborne the original 'Doink the Clown' was the typical journeyman. Every time he appeared to be settled into a league something bad would happen (usually substance abuse) and he'd find himself looking for a new gig. Though the 'Doink' character lived on long after Osborne left the WWE the original passed away last week at the age of 55. In his later years he was living the life of Mickey Rourke's Wrestler if that movie had a baby with Steven King's It; working independent leagues, signing autographs at shows and training/mentoring wrestling's future.
