Liam Ridgewell makes so much money that he doesn't know what to do with it. The West Brom defender makes £20K (that's about $26,000) a week, which is a ton of money to be doing wasteful stuff with. But, isn't this taking things a little too far?
The Premier League defender was photographed recently using a £20 note as toilet paper. Ridgewell claimed that the picture was a joke to one of his friends. However, is it really funny if some of your fans (particularly those in West Midlands, one of the poorest areas in the country) make less than what you make in a week? After all, aren't they the ones struggling to find the money to buy the tickets to see the game?
