Ramon is a solid, all-around point guard who can start on some teams in this league (i.e. the Bobcats). The Lakers weren't exactly scrambling to bring him back during the off-season, which paid off because they landed Nash. He's turnover prone (over two turnovers per game when you average five APG is a bit much) and needs to step his defense up, but he's able to hit a clutch shot to make up for it. Ramon is essentially a solid backup on a contender or a starter on a pretender.
