Nike is constantly striving to innovate, and this sometimes means making changes to classic products, but there are some shoes that are best in original form. Sure, updated Air Force 1s like the Flyknit version are welcomed additions, but does it get any better than an O.G. retro from the '80s or '90s? That's exactly what the Swoosh is giving us with this NikeLab "Varsity Purple" colorway from 1993.
This sneaker sticks to the script in all of the ways that O.G. 'heads will appreciate, from the "Nike Air" branding all the way down to the stitching. This upcoming release and "Color of the Month" pack are making it a good year for Air Force 1 fans.
This sneaker will retail for $140, but no release date has been announced yet.
