The Nike Air Python has been on a small comeback run the past two years with the resurgence of its scaly make-up. The late '80s model helped change the perception around traditional basketball sneakers, making it a point to look good as a street-ready staple.
While the original iteration was a combination between and smooth full-grain leather and snakeskin, some of the newer styles have been reworked by Nike to be completely decked out in an exotic upper. One such pair is the recent "Obsidian" Air Python, which features a printed snakeskin leather upper in a deep blue colorway. Complete with a 3M reflective tongue, the Air Jordan II x Air Force II hybrid is one that's certainly a neck-breaker.
