The person behind the fictional game featured in the Spike Jonze movie Her is about to release one you can actually play. David O'Reilly in new to game development since the one in the film wasn't actually a game, but pretty cool nevertheless. Next month he will be releasing his first actual game called Mountain.

Mountain, as the developer describes it, is a “mountain simulator” where players will “live out all your dark twisted fantasies” of being a mountain. Perhaps he was inspired by such unlikely breakout games as Goat Simulator. In this mountain simulation players can experience realistic weather changes and non realistic music changes as your mountain does its thing.

Mountain will release on iOS, Windows PC and Mac sometime in the next month for “about a dollar.”
