A recent survey of 1,000 British Twitter accounts reveals men and women are using the service differently.

We know what you're thinking—duh—but hear us out: Women are more keen to talk "personal matters," reports Telegraph, while men are more likely to talk sports and the news. Women also tweet around 15 times per day on average, compared with nine times per day by men.

So what other habits make the sexes so different when it comes to micro-blogging? Well, women are more likely to enter a competition, while are more likely to vent. Sorry, guys.
