16-year-old Cesar Lucas was arrested for delivering a pizza, then breaking into another woman's apartment and raping her while she slept. Lucas made the delivery around 12:30 a.m., then noticed that the other apartment door was open, so he crept in and assaulted the sleeping woman. The woman phoned the police, and Lucas was arrested at New York Sal's Pizza in Hell's Kitchen.
Lucas was arrested last month for breaking into another woman's apartment and stealing her wallet just last month. Why wasn't he fired? Anyway, he's been charged with rape, burglary and criminal trespass.
