Thanks to some sleuth-work by the Miami Herald, new information has arisen in the George Zimmerman trial in the form of an old MySpace page that he himself created seven years ago.

The page, which can still be seen here, includes not only more photos and info about the man who shot and killed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, but also a shocking amount of racial slurs in the "About Me" section. Verbatim:

"I dont miss driving around scared to hit mexicans walkin on the side of the street, soft ass wanna be thugs messin with peoples cars when they aint around (what are you provin, that you can dent a car when no ones watchin) dont make you a man in my book. Workin 96 hours to get a decent pay check, gettin knifes pulled on you by every mexican you run into!"

According to the Washington Post, Martin family lawyer Benjamin Crump confirmed that Zimmerman's MySpace page could be used against in during the trial. "It’s not just speculation and innuendo. He has a history and a habit of profiling people," Crump commented. "He thinks certain things about certain racial groups."
