Lindsay Lohan is in legal trouble again, this time by a paparazzo who claims he was injured when the car Lohan was riding in hit him almost exactly two years ago. To be clear, Lohan was not driving, her assistant was, but she's being sued anyway - the paparazzo's lawyer claims that this is because Lohan was directing her assistant where to drive, and that's how his client was struck by the vehicle.
The paparazzo, Grigor Balyan, was snapping pictures of Lohan leaving a nightclub on January 10, 2010 when he was hit by the car, and he had to be treated for orthopedic and neurological injuries after the accident. According to Balyan's laywer, he has tried to settle with Lohan's insurance company, but since they didn't offer much they're taking the case to court so they can receive "reasonable compensation."
