By now, you’ve probably seen the promo clip for TLC’s new series The Virgin Diaries; if not, here, go forth and cringe. In the show's preview, a couple admits that they’ve never actually kissed, with the intention of saving their own respective first smooches for their wedding day. The furthest they’ve gone: rubbing their noses together like Eskimos.
When they do reach their wedding day and kiss for the first time, it looks like they're trying to suck each other’s lips off. This is why you first take a car for a test drive first, ladies and gentlemen. I agree with number 8. Dan and Blair have no romantic chemistry what-so-ever.

I agree with Dan and Blair. I hope we never get to see them romantically involved cause it would be disgusting ... not to mention it would destroy the show. Hope we get to see Chuck and Blair happy soon :)

Biased much? Dan and Blair are hot together, so was that kiss. No need to talk down Dan/Blair just because you prefer Chuck/Blair. One can appreciate both pairings. Leighton really does have chemistry with anyone, whether it's chuck, dan or nate. All hot. Her best chemistry must have been with Garrett in Country Strong though, that beats all this Gossip Girl nonsense.

so agree with #8, should never happen again, please shield my eyes. Especially when you compare it to the massive chemistry kisses from Chuck and Blair. Leighton does have chemistry with all people but I think the fact that Dan and Blair are so ill suited for each other transcends the screen. Just not right, it's like forced incest. Gross.

I agree that Leighton has amazing chemistry with almost everyone. But she's never had *sexual* chemistry with Penn because he's just not sexy. He's the least sexy of the gossip boys. I think that kiss was an example of them trying WAY too hard because Dair have been criticized so much for having an asexual, sibling vibe. The writers are OBSESSED with making them "happen" so they are forcing it and it just doesn't work as a romantic, sexual pairing. They are great comedically but so awkward romantically and sexually. It definitely reminded me of the virgin's face sucking kiss! lolololollllll

I agree even though I love CB at least there is chemistry with Blair/Nate. But prefer CB. DB just comes off as brother/sister not something I want to see. They were trying to hard to force something that just isn't there.

I totally agree about Dan & Blair - I actually think they have okay chemistry but that kiss was horrid and really gross! I feel like their first kiss where they freeze-framed would've been much better if we actually saw it. I disagree with Nathan & Kelly but completely agree about Pauly and Deena - so nasty.

yeah, I agree about this Dan and blair kiss. They were trying WAY too hard. And since it was the characters from Dan's book, we couldn't take them seriously at all. they looked ridiculous and awkward. blah. Oh and I love chuck and Blair but I admit that the Blair kisses with Nate were HOT. So I can be objective when I want. lol.

I couldn!t agree more about number 8!!! DB kisses are all crinchworthy and just ewwwwwwww...I couldn't even look at my screen! Its very appereant that Leighton and Ed love to kiss each other and they have amazing chemistry!!! So kepp Chuck&Blair kissing for god's sake =))) And I can agree on number 3, not being sexy and all but it was so sweet and romantic imo...
