After a week of bad news in her lawsuit against Dr. Luke, it looks like Kesha is managing to stay positive. She posted a heartfelt Instagram tonight thanking everyone who has supported her in her protracted legal battle. "I am beyond words in gratitude," she wrote. "Thank you is not enough but it is all I have. A million times over and forever thank you. The support I have received has left my face swollen from tears. I love you all so much. ❤️" She also noted that a longer message would be coming out soon on a different social media platform.

Although the message was short, it's the first social media post by the embattled pop star since a judge denied her preliminary injunction to terminate her contract with Dr. Luke's Kemosabe Records—a division of Sony Records. Kesha filed a lawsuit against Luke in 2014 for sexual assault and battery, and has since been fighting to get out of her contract with his label, under the terms of which she would be forced to release five more albums. Fans and pop stars alike have rallied in support of her, using the #FreeKesha hashtag and even protesting outside the courthouse.

While she faced a setback this week, the case is far from over, and it's likely to be a while before the final verdict is reached.
