Memphis Bleek was recently a guest on the Breakfast Club and while he was there he dropped a bomb about the potential of a new Jay Z album happening in the future. "I don't know if he's retired, but I don't know if he'll ever drop another album," Bleek said. "He might drop songs here and there, you know pop up, but an album, I don't know." This is some major news, since most fans probably expected Jay wouldn't close his discography with Magna Carta Holy Grail, but it looks like that might be the case. "Imagine what it would take to get Jay in the studio to lay a verse," Bleek added.

Seeing that Bleek has always been very close to Hov, it would make total sense that he would know the inner-workings of his plans. If Jay ever decided to change his mind though, you already know the hype would be as real as ever. Throughout the rest of the interview, Bleek dropped gems about classic Roc-A-Fella Records stories, his own music, the Roc Nation era, and much more. For Bleek's words on an album from Jay Z, skip to the 23-minute mark.
