Alessia Cara is still riding high following the release of her debut album Know-It-All that dropped last week. She recently visited The Breakfast Club to explain how an A&R first found her videos on YouTube, her start in the industry and detailed her debut album. The 19-year-old artist also discussed her dislike for how women are treated in the industry. "There's so many standards and stupid B.S. that comes with being a girl," she said. "And being a young girl in the industry, you're expected to look a certain way, act a certain way and it's like, I don't get it." She also talks about the time she met Drake after she released her "Hotline Bling" cover.
