Most people are aware that members of The Roots and Boyz II Men attended Philadelphia High School for the Creative and Performing Arts together during the late '80s. And if you weren't up on that before, you are now.
What you also may not know is that the two groups used to compete with each other at an annual school talent show called "Sentimental Journey." And according to The Roots, Boyz II Men had an interesting way of swaying the vote their way. Questlove and Black Thought recently stopped by Huffington Post, where they revealed how the famed '90s R&B group "cheated" at their talent show. "They used to cheat with glitter," Quest says. "Girls [would] start swooning."
Can't say we're that surprised. Watch the full clip above.
