August Alsina reflects on his past life of hustling on the streets in his music video for "Make It Home." He isn't glorifying his actions here, but rather pointing out the flaws that have molded who he is today. The music video features a sequence of events happening backward, as August Alsina's house gets raided by the police. The 21-year-old R&B singer leads them on a foot chase, but ends up wearing bracelets by the end of the race. "I broke a couple rules, didn't graduate from school/'Cause I was busy hustling, man, I thought that shit was cool," August croons on the record. Jeezy also appears in the video,  wearing the proper snowman attire in the cold streets while he rattles off his verse. The music video is directed by Payne Lindsey, who also worked with Alsina on "Don't Forget About Me" and "Numb."

"Make It Home" will be included on August Alsina's upcoming debut album Testimony. It's scheduled to be released April 15.
