The LOX give Drake's album-ending track "Pound Cake" a corner boy makeover with "Hood Cake."

Hearing this trio of veteran rappers from Yonkers is always a treat, but there's nothing sweet about the vicious bars they're dropping here. Styles P starts off the track alluding to their drug dealing past, while Jadakiss describes the code of the streets. Sheek Louch closes the track rapping, "I done made a milli, P and 'Kiss made a milli/Hood could of if he wasn't acting silly," which is reference to J-Hood, a former affiliate of LOX's D-Block label.

If there's one thing to take away from "Hood Cake," it's that the track's producer Boi-1da needs to get into the studio with The LOX right now.
