TMZ is reporting that witnesses say Chris Brown threw the first punch at Frank Ocean when the two fought outside of the Westlake Recording Studios in L.A. last night.
Apparently, Ocean "disrespected the singer in front of his boys" by not shaking Brown's hand. Witnesses tell TMZ that Ocean laughed at Brown's gesture and Brown, instead, punched Ocean which sparked the entire brawl.
When Complex called the L.A. County Sheriff's Department to confirm the details of eyewitness acounts, spokesman Steve Whitmore could not confirm any details about the event due to the ongoing investigation.
Sources told TMZ that the fight moved from the parking lot into the lobby of Westlake Studios where the crews "managed to break almost everything in the room and scare all of the staff members working." Apparently the receptionist called the police, Brown fled the scene, and Ocean stayed on site to report the incident to the L.A. County Sheriff's Department.
